To keep everything fair, fun and immersive for everyone, we're introducing a point-based infraction system.
This system ensures consistency when addressing rule-breaking, while also providing opportunities for redemption. Here's everything you need to know:
How the System Works
1. Infraction Points:
• Every rule violation results in a specific number of points based on its severity.
• Points accumulate over time, and reaching certain thresholds triggers temporary bans.
2. Ban Thresholds:
• 10 Points: 1-2 day(s) ban.
• 20 Points: 3-6 days ban.
• 30 Points: 7-13 days ban.
• 40 Points: 14-21 days ban.
• 50 Points: Permanent ban (or Executive Supervisor+ review).
(Permanent Bans cannot be appealed!)
In all cases Moderators/Executives discretion applies.
3. Points for Violations:
Each rule violation is categorized by severity (not all are listed here but only a few of the most common ones for as example):
• Minor Violations (2-4 Points): Light fail RP, small missteps in roleplay etiquette.
• Moderate Violations (5-9 Points): Combat logging, repeat minor offenses.
• Major Violations (10-19 Points): RDM, VDM, blatant disregard for core rules.
• Extreme Violations (20-50 Points): Exploiting, racism, harassment, or similar severe infractions.
In all cases Moderators/Executives discretion applies.
How to Remove Points
We know everyone makes mistakes, so we’re offering ways to lower your infraction points.
1. Automatic Point Decay:
• For every 30 days you go without breaking a rule, you’ll lose 3 points.
• This rewards players who show good behavior over time after making a mistake or are honestly feeling bad for their transgression of the rules.
2. Community Service (Executives-Approved):
• Help the server by assisting new players, participating in community-building events, or contributing positively to the server.
• Executives may reduce points as a reward for these actions.
(Points redacted are between 1-5 pending the case, more requires Chief+ Approval).
3. Appeals:
• If you believe points were added unfairly, submit an appeal through our support system for review.
(In case of a Permanent Ban you cannot appeal, Permanent bans are always reviewed by Executive Supervisor's and above and when deemed valid are final).

This system brings:
• Fairness: Clear, consistent consequences for rule-breaking.
• Transparency: Players can track their points and understand how bans are applied.
• Opportunity for Redemption: Mistakes happen, and we want to give everyone a chance to make things right.
Our goal is to maintain the immersive, fun, and collaborative environment that makes our community so special.
