**NOTE: Any Violation Points mentioned below the rules are examples, and not necessarily leading, as it is still staff discretion to decide the severity**

    1.0 Community Rules

1.1. Staff has Always the final say.

    The Rule:

All decisions, rule interpretations, and punishments issued by the Staff Team are binding.

If a staff member gives you an instruction, you must follow it immediately.

Arguing, debating, or toxic venting about staff decisions in public chat channels or in-game is strictly prohibited.

    Discretion & Exceptions:

While Moderators up to Executive Supervisors must strictly follow the Infraction Point System, (Deputy) Chiefs, Directors, and Founding Members/Founders hold absolute discretion.

They may bypass the point grid and apply dynamic punishments if a situation reasonably requires it.

    How to Dispute:

If you honestly believe a rule was applied incorrectly or points were added unfairly, you must use our official Appeal Procedure through the support ticket system.

Publicly undermining or ignoring a staff member will result in harsher penalties.

Violation Points: Minor to Moderate Violation (2 - 9 Points) for general disrespect or public arguing.

Can escalate (but not limited) to a Major Violation (10 - 19 Points) for flat-out refusing to cooperate with staff.

1.2. Actions Harmful to the Community, Members, or Staff Are Prohibited.

    The Rule:

Any behavior intended to disrupt the peace, safety, or integrity of our network, its players, or its staff members is strictly forbidden.

This includes, but is not limited to, witch-hunting, targeted harassment, leaking private messages, attempting to ruin a player's real life, or trying to damage the community’s reputation out of spite.

    Why it matters:

A Community must remain a safe and welcoming space.

We do not tolerate individuals who try to sabotage the community from within.

Violation Points: Moderate to Extreme Violation (5 - 50 Points depending on severity).

    1. Example: Petty drama or leaking minor staff tickets falls under Moderate (5 - 9 Points).
    2. Example: Severe harassment, doxxing, or malicious sabotage triggers an Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban.

1.3 Discrimination and Severe Disrespect Are Prohibited.

    The Rule:

The use of racial, homophobic, sexist, prejudiced, or highly disrespectful content is strictly prohibited across all network platforms.

This zero-tolerance policy applies absolutely to all Out-of-Character (OOC) communications, including Discord, forums, OOC game chats, and direct messages.

Roleplay Server Leeway (In-Character Only): On our Roleplay servers, we allow mild, realistic character conflict to fit certain storylines. However, this is strictly bound by the following conditions:

    1. Prior Consent: The other party/parties involved must be comfortable with the direction of the scene.

If a player explicitly states OOCly that they are uncomfortable, the scene must stop or pivot immediately.

    1. The Hard Line: Severe real-world hate speech, modern-day racial slurs, and explicit sexual harassment are never permitted under any circumstances, even "in-character."
    2. Context Matters: Staff members have the final say in determining whether an interaction was valid roleplay or a masked personal attack.

    Violation Points:

    1. OOC Hate Speech / Real Racism: Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban.
    2. Breaking IC Leeway Boundaries (Going too far / No consent): Major to Extreme Violation (10 - 30 Points) depending on staff discretion and player intent.

    1.3.4. Explanation from Management:

Why we do this for our network:

    1. It safeguards non-RP servers: If we would launch an FPS or survival server later, players there won't have this leeway because there is no "In-Character" context.
    2. It empowers the victim: If a player feels a line was crossed, they can simply say "stop," and the other player must comply or face a massive point penalty.
    3. This sets a hard line: it protects our network at large, but allows mild, contextual roleplay only if everyone involved consents, to where we provide an environment where gritty, realistic characters can exist, but without allowing actual out-of-character (OOC) hatred or making real players uncomfortable.

1.4. Do Not Spam or Harass Other Users or Staff.

    The Rule:

Repeatedly sending the same or similar messages, excessively tagging (pinging) users or staff members, or flooding chat channels (text or voice) is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, targeting any individual with unwanted, continuous communication across any network platform or direct messages (DMs) is considered harassment and will not be tolerated.

    Ticket & Staff Spreading:

Opening multiple tickets for the same issue, spamming the ticket chat with "hello?" or pinging individual staff members in their private DMs to look at an application or appeal falls directly under this rule.

Violation Points: Minor to Major Violation (2 - 19 Points depending on severity and repetition).

    1. Minor Spam (Chat flooding, minor ticket impatience): Minor Violation (2 - 4 Points). Usually starts with a warning or mute.
    2. Targeted Harassment / DM Block Evasion / Toxic Staff Pinging: Moderate to Major Violation (5 - 19 Points).

1.5. No Unnecessary Drama or Immature Behavior.

    The Rule:

Intentionally creating drama, throwing public tantrums, or acting childishly to disrupt the community is prohibited.

If you have a problem with another player or a situation, resolve it calmly and respectfully through constructive communication ("talk it out").

Publicly whining, baiting arguments, or fueling toxic community gossip is not allowed.

    Why it matters:

Petty drama destroys community morale and wastes staff time.

We expect players to act like adults and handle disagreements privately or through official support channels.

Violation Points: Minor to Moderate Violation (2 - 9 Points depending on disruption level).

    1. Minor Drama (Petty complaining in chat, minor arguments): Minor Violation (2 - 4 Points).
    2. Persistent Drama Baiting / Refusing to Drop the Issue: Moderate Violation (5 - 9 Points).

1.6. Sharing Inappropriate Content Is Strictly Prohibited.

    The Rule:

You are strictly forbidden from sharing, posting, or linking to any inappropriate, unsafe, or illegal content across all network platforms, including text chats, voice channels, user profiles, or forum posts.

What Counts as Inappropriate: This includes, but is not limited to:

    1. Not Safe For Work (NSFW) material, pornography, or sexually explicit content.
    2. Gore, extreme violence, or shocking imagery.
    3. Links to malicious websites, viruses, software cheats, or executors.
    4. Illegal real-world activities, pirated software, or cracked files.

Violation Points: Moderate to Extreme Violation (5 - 50 Points depending on severity).

    1. Mild/Borderline content (Inappropriate jokes/memes): Moderate Violation (5 - 9 Points).
    2. Severe Content (NSFW, Gore, Cheats, or Malicious Links): Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban.

1.7 Account Name and Profile Synchronization

The Core Rule: Your account name, nickname, or handle must match precisely across all services our community uses (Forums, Discord, In-Game, etc.). It is your responsibility to update your nicknames to maintain this consistency.

    1.7.1 Character-for-Character Matching

Your name must match exactly across all platforms to the letter and capitalization. (e.g., If you are John Doe on a RP server, you must be John Doe on the forums, Discord and TeamSpeak).

    1.7.2 Realism Requirements (Roleplay Context)

For our Roleplay servers, your name must be a realistic First and Last name. It cannot contain numbers, random symbols, or non-alphabetical characters.

    1.7.3 Famous People Prohibited

You are strictly forbidden from using the names of real-life famous people, celebrities, historical figures, or politicians.

1.7.4 Fictional Characters & Media Leeway

Names of characters from TV Shows, Movies, Games, Anime, or Manga are permitted only if the name itself is realistic (e.g., names from Suits, The Lincoln Lawyer, or NCIS are acceptable; names from fantasy or sci-fi anime are not).

    1. Roleplay Constraint: If you choose a realistic fictional name, you may only roleplay as that character if your portrayal remains realistic and fits the server's setting.
    2. Staff Override: Any Community Staff member has the absolute authority to forbid a name if they feel it is out of place, immersion-breaking, or disruptive.

1.7.5 Clan and Community Tags Prohibited

Names may not hold external clan tags, advertising prefixes, or unapproved organizational tags.

    1.7.6 Approved Alphabet Only

All profile and character names must use the Latin/Roman Alphabet (a-z / A-Z). Non-English characters, Cyrillic, symbols, or special fonts that make it impossible for staff to tag or search your name are prohibited.

    1.7.7 Bio Identification Required

You must link or list your FiveM Account Name (and other relevant gaming handles for future branches) directly inside your community forum bio. This allows network management to verify exactly who you are across our network servers.

    1. Violation Points: Minor Violation (2 - 4 Points) / Administrative Action. Staff will issue a warning and temporary name-lock or change your nickname. Intentionally switching it back to a non-compliant name escalates to a Minor Violation (2-4 points) per occurrence.

    1.7.8 Non-Roleplay Member Exemption

    1. The Clause: If a community member only uses our Discord, forums, or plays exclusively on our non-Roleplay network servers, they are exempt from the realistic "First and Last name" rule. They may use a standard gamertag or nickname, provided it matches across all services they use, contains no offensive content, and uses the allowed Latin alphabet (a-z / A-Z) and is allowed numerical or Syntax Symbols So long as it is possible for staff to tag or search your name, but Cyrillic or special fonts or such that make it difficult or impossible for Staff to Tag or Search you are still not allowed.
    2. The Hard Line: The exact moment a player decides to join any of our Roleplay servers, they must immediately change their names across all platforms to comply with the realistic First/Last name rules stated in 1.7.2.

    1.7.9 In-Character (IC) Platform Lockout.

    1. The Rule: Non-roleplay members are strictly prohibited from messaging, reacting, responding, or interacting in any way, shape, or form with In-Character (IC) topics, text channels, or forum threads. This is considered disruptive to the immersion of the roleplay experience.
    2. The Exception: Non-roleplay members are permitted to leave passive positive reactions (such as liking a forum post or using a standard Discord reaction emoji) if they enjoy the content.
    3. Enforcement: What constitutes "disruptive interaction" or a violation of this lockout is entirely up to staff discretion.
    4. Violation Points: Minor to Moderate Violation (2 - 5 Points depending on disruption level). Repeatedly posting Out-of-Character (OOC) comments in IC spaces after a warning will lead to a temporary text mute.

    1.8 Recording and Media Policies

    1. The Core Rule: Recording audio, video, or capturing screenshots in any community space outside of active roleplay is permitted. However, you are strictly prohibited from publishing, streaming, or sharing these recordings publicly unless you have obtained explicit consent from everyone captured in that recording.

    1.8.1 In-Character (IC) Roleplay Exemption

This rule does not apply to active roleplay scenarios on our gaming servers. Recording is fully allowed in-character for the following purposes:

    1. Law Enforcement: The use of "bodycams" or dashcams by LEOs for evidence and paperwork.
    2. Factions & Civilians: Valid in-game recording devices (e.g., phone cameras, security feeds) used for roleplay purposes.
    3. Content Creators: Official YouTubers, Twitch Streamers, and the ITRP Media Team capturing footage for entertainment or server advertisement. By playing on our RP servers, you accept that you may appear in roleplay-related media.

1.8.2 Implied Consent in Voice Channels

By entering certain communications spaces, your consent to be recorded is automatically implied under the following conditions:

    1. Channel Descriptions: Joining any Discord, TeamSpeak, or community voice channel that explicitly states "Recording Allowed" or "Streamers Present" in its description counts as giving your consent.
    2. Active Recording: Joining a voice channel where a user or streamer is already actively recording or broadcasting counts as giving your consent, even if it is not explicitly written in the channel description. It is your responsibility to check who is in the channel before speaking.
    3. Violation Points: Moderate to Major Violation (5 - 19 Points). Publishing a private, out-of-character conversation to mock or harass someone without their consent is a serious breach of privacy and will result in immediate points and a temporary ban.

    1.9 Mandatory Voice Channel Presence

    1. The Core Rule: When actively playing on any of our network game servers that require a dedicated voice client or channel (such as an Arma server utilizing TFAR on TeamSpeak, or a FiveM server using automated voice plugins), you must remain in the appropriate designated channel at all times. Bypassing, muting, or leaving these required channels while in-game is strictly prohibited.

    1.9.1 Support Exemption

The only exception to this rule is when a player needs to move to an official Request Support channel on Discord or TeamSpeak to receive immediate administrative assistance for an urgent issue that cannot be resolved through standard in-game methods. Once the support ticket or issue is resolved, the player must immediately return to the designated game channel.

    1. Violation Points: Minor to Moderate Violation (2 - 9 Points).
    2. First Offense: A friendly kick or warning to move to the correct channel.
    3. Refusal to Comply / Intentionally Avoiding the Mod: Moderate Violation (5 - 9 Points) for disrupting the game mechanics or avoiding communication standards.

1.10 Advertising and Community Poaching Prohibited

    1. The Core Rule: Advertising external servers, communities, gaming networks, commercial businesses, or any products/services of the sort on ITRP services is strictly prohibited. This rule applies across all of our text chats, voice channels, in-game assets, forums, and user profile fields.
    2. The DM Poaching Loophole Closed: Sending unsolicited invitations or advertisements directly via Direct Messages (DMs) to ITRP members simply because you share a mutual server with them is considered a direct violation of this rule.
    3. The Founder Exception: The absolute only exception to this rule is if you have been granted explicit, written permission beforehand directly by the Founder. No other staff member can authorize advertisements.
    4. Violation Points: Major to Extreme Violation (10 - 50 Points depending on intent).
    5. Accidental/Minor Link Sharing (e.g., sharing a clip from an old server once): Major Violation (10 - 19 Points) along with a warning and message removal.
    6. Intentional Poaching/Mass Advertising (e.g., mass DMing players or spamming invite links): Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban.

1.11 Exploiting, Cheating, and Hacking Prohibited

    1. The Core Rule: You are strictly prohibited from cheating, hacking, scripting, modding, manipulating files, using executors/menus, or utilizing any form of third-party software that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or negatively affects the server's stability.
    2. Exploiting Game Mechanics: Intentionally abusing a game glitch, bug, or unintended mechanic for your own benefit (such as duplicating money, clipping through walls, or abusing broken physics) is treated under this same rule. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it immediately via a support ticket.
    3. Zero Tolerance: Claiming you were "just testing a menu," "using it to defend against another cheater," or "didn't know it was an exploit" is not an acceptable excuse.
    4. Violation Points: Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban. Because 50 points triggers a permanent ban, this infraction will bypass any warnings and require an immediate escalation to an Executive Supervisor or higher to finalize the permanent, non-appealable network ban.

1.11.1 Targeting Personal Information (Doxxing / Data Theft)

    1. The Rule: You are strictly forbidden from collecting, tracking, exposing, or targeting a player's real-life personal information (including but not limited to real names, IP addresses, locations, phone numbers, social media accounts, or photos) through services provided by or used by ITRP (such as our Discord, TeamSpeak, Forums, or In-Game Databases).
    2. Zero Tolerance for Doxxing: Threatening to leak someone's private information, scraping user data, or looking up platform details to intimidate or blackmail a player or staff member will be treated with absolute zero tolerance.
    3. Violation Points: Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban. This behavior results in a final, non-appealable network ban, and all relevant evidence will be retained by Network Management for potential platform reports (e.g., Discord Trust & Safety) or real-world authorities if necessary.

1.12 Privacy and Personal Information Protection

    1. The Core Rule: You must keep all real-world personal information private—both your own and that of other community members. Publicly posting, sharing, or discussing sensitive real-life data in public Discord channels, in-game chats, or community forums is strictly prohibited.
    2. What Counts as Sensitive Information: This includes, but is not limited to: real-world residential addresses, phone numbers, private social media profiles, personal photos, financial details, or passwords.
    3. Self-Protection: Even if you are sharing your own information, staff reserves the right to delete the messages and issue a warning to protect your privacy and keep our platforms safe.
    4. Violation Points: Minor to Extreme Violation (2 - 50 Points depending on intent and consent).
    5. Accidentally sharing your own or a friend's mild info (with their okay): Minor Violation (2 - 4 Points). Staff will delete the text immediately and issue a warning/reminder.
    6. Sharing another player's private info without their explicit permission: Treated as a malicious privacy breach under Rule 1.11.1, resulting in an Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban.

1.13 Direct Staff Pinging Prohibited (Mandatory Ticket Usage)

    1. The Core Rule: You are strictly prohibited from directly tagging (pinging) individual staff members or sending them unsolicited Direct Messages (DMs) when you require support, assistance, or wish to report a player. All requests for help must go through the official ITRP Ticket System on Discord or the forums.
    2. Why it matters: Our staff team is organized by a specific hierarchy. Pinging individual staff members bypasses the queue and disrupts their workflow. Using the ticket system ensures your issue is handled fairly and logged by the correct rank.
    3. The Only Exception: You may tag a staff member only if a rule or a specific staff member has explicitly instructed you to do so within an active, open support channel.
    4. Violation Points: Minor Violation (2 - 4 Points) / Administrative Mute.
    5. First Offense: A verbal warning or short text mute, and deletion of the ping.
    6. Persistent Pinging / DM Spimming Staff: Minor Violation (2 - 4 Points). Continued impatience will lead to your support ticket being deprioritized or closed at staff discretion.

1.14 Subterfuge and Staff Impersonation Prohibited

    1. The Core Rule: You are strictly prohibited from pretending to be the Founder, a Founding Member, a Director, a Chief, or any member of the ITRP staff network. This includes using deceptive nicknames, avatars, cloning staff Discord profiles, or claiming false administrative authority to trick players or staff.
    2. Social Engineering & False Authority: Falsely claiming that you "know the owner," telling players you can get them banned, or acting as an unapproved middleman for staff matters falls directly under this rule.
    3. Why it matters: This protects our global network from fraud, malicious scams, security breaches, and individuals trying to wield unearned authority over others.
    4. Violation Points: Extreme Violation (50 Points) — Immediate Permanent Network Ban. Because this is a zero-tolerance security risk, any detected subterfuge or staff impersonation will bypass warnings, result in an immediate 50-point application, and be escalated to an Executive Supervisor or higher to finalize a permanent, non-appealable network ban.

1.15 Common Sense and Rule Interpretation

    1. The Core Rule: These rules are not all-inclusive. It is impossible to list every single scenario or negative behavior that could occur. Players are expected to use common sense and maintain good judgment at all times.
    2. Loophole Exploitation (Rule-Lawyering): Intentionally searching for gaps, omissions, or phrasing mistakes in this rulebook to justify toxic, disruptive, or unfair behavior is strictly prohibited. Finding a "loophole" does not make a disruptive action acceptable.
    3. Staff Enforcement: If a behavior is clearly harmful, toxic, or breaking the spirit of the community, staff members have the absolute authority to step in, interpret the situation, and apply punishments even if the exact behavior is not word-for-word listed in this document. As stated in Rule 1.1, staff decisions are final and must be disputed only via the official appeals process.
    4. Violation Points: Minor to Major Violation (2 - 19 Points depending on the situation). If a player breaks the spirit of a rule and argues "but it wasn't explicitly written down," staff will issue points based on the underlying severity of the action.

Terms of Agreement and Community Acceptance

Ignorance of these regulations is not an acceptable excuse. The Administration Team retains the absolute authority to update, amend, or alter these parameters at any time to preserve server health and community standards.

    1. Document Authority: Written and Ratified by the ITRP Administration Team.
    2. Community Feedback & Evolution: We believe in a growing, collaborative ecosystem. If you identify a procedural issue, notice an exploit loophole, or wish to suggest a rule addition, modification, or removal, please submit an official proposal through the designated Suggestions & Feedback module on the Community Forums.
